- Chinese families also expect their Au Pair to be a big brother/sister to their children, providing love and care as well as educational assistance. As an Au Pair in China, you’ll spend most of your time with your Chinese siblings. Your work time is 25hours/week .You’ll play with them, read to them, teach them English, pick them up after school, help them with homework, and more.
